About the famous HADJI BABA:

I was on my way back from Mexico. Within minutes of setting eyes on me, he was telling me the story of his life. I agreed we had known each other in a past life, but it went far beyond that. Hadji moved to Hawai`i, and we've continued our love affair for over 21 years.

Hadji adores fine fabric, loves to sew and assists with each bag. And it is true that some imperfections are the result of his final approval process.

His younger little sister, Peaches, follows him everywhere like a love-sick puppy. Hadji isdiligently teaching her to sew. And Hadji has not yet finished telling his story. A piece of that story is sewn into every Hadji Baba Bag.
